Chezuba is an online volunteering platform that connects non-profits with skilled volunteers who help complete small online-based projects such as translation or website building. As a growing start-up, Chezuba was looking for new global markets to expand into.
SOLUTION
Our team of 5 international students (from Canada, Ethiopa, Mexico, Slovakia), helped identify patterns that could help Chezuba establish partnerships with NGOs in North America, South America, and Africa through conducting market research and analysis.
